What sets Devonia Electrical apart is the customer service we provide. Put simply, with each and every job we do, our goal is to leave the customer delighted with both the outcome and the service they've received.

 

  • It sounds simple, but - we turn up on time, every time! We never leave you waiting at home for an engineer who doesn't turn up.
  • Work is completed quickly and efficiently. We won't leave you in the middle of a job.
  • Wherever possible, the price we estimated is the price you pay. We never deliberately under-quote and then send you an unexpected bill.
  • Where additional costs are absolutely necessary, for example where completely unpredictable extra work is required, we'll explain to you exactly what you are paying for and why it's necessary, and itemise it fully in your invoice.
  • All our work is fully Building Regulations compliant, certified to British Standard BS7671, and insured.
  • We clean up after ourselves - our aim is to leave the work area cleaner than we found it.
  • We even bring our own tea and biscuits!
